Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strong knowledge of Chinese, Continental, Thai, Indian, BBQ, Fast-food, Grilling, Frying, and all kinds of desserts with other cooking techniques.
∎ Ability to manage a small team efficiently.
∎ Good understanding of food cost control and inventory management.
∎ Familiarity with health and safety regulations in Bangladesh.
∎ Passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes.
∎ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
∎ Ensure the timely preparation of meals according to the approved menus, maintaining consistency in taste and quality.
∎ Reduce food wastage and ensure efficient and cost-effective kitchen operations.
∎ Adapt to changing requirements, including modifying menus to meet the evolving needs of the staff.
