∎ HSC/SSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
∎ Planning the menu, keeping the budget in mind and availability of seasonal ingredients.
∎ Ensure daily target-wise food cooking, preparation and maintain food quality.
∎ Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales and other essential items;
∎ Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients;
∎ To modify recipes to meet delegates needs and requests;
∎ Monitor food stock and place order to buy;
∎ Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients;
∎ Will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic environment in the kitchen.
∎ Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive outlook and attention to detail and solve problems quickly
∎ Train and develop supporting kitchen staff to ensure maximum output with minimum resources.
∎ Check and maintain kitchen equipment regularly.
∎ Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
∎ Any other task required for cooking assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Any cooking related education / training will be essential.
∎ Education qualification may be relaxed who have wide cooking experience.
∎ Candidates with higher experience will get preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cooking Chinese, English and Bangla Food.
∎ Proven working experience as a Chef/Cook
∎ Should have Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.
∎ Should be honest, sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
