Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Unique Business Systems Limited seeks a highly ambitious, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic individual ready to take on challenges. Candidates currently appointed as Head of Accounts & Finance (Manager) in an IT/Computer Hardware company with a successful track record are encouraged to apply.
∎ Manage accounting and finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
∎ Establish financial systems and controls, ensuring fiscal integrity and timely financial reporting.
∎ Ensure compliance with financial regulations, local laws, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
∎ Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
∎ Prepare financial statements and reports for both internal and external audits.
∎ Oversee TAX, VAT deductions, and submit returns and documentation to government authorities.
∎ Maintain banking relationships and manage bank reconciliation for all accounts.
∎ Work with auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
∎ Manage stock status, cash flow, and voucher monitoring for all offices and branches.
∎ Oversee sales revenue collection through various channels (online payment, bKash, cash, cheque).
∎ Cost analysis and maximizing product margins.
∎ Assist management with profitability analysis, pricing, project costing, and budgeting.
∎ Ensure financial best practices in collaboration with other departments.
∎ Mentor and supervise the finance and accounts team.
∎ Risk management and fraud analysis, ensuring no revenue leakages.
∎ Handle import LC, export, and customs-related documents and procedures.
∎ Prepare and control financial budgets.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
