Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance Banking
∎ • Masters in Accounting/ MBA in Finance & Banking with CA (Part) or CMA (Part).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To developing proper accounting management system as per Bangladesh Accounting Standard (BAS);
∎ Supervise the finance and accounts department & all its functions such as; accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets activity, payroll & controls, revenue and expenses etc.;
∎ Ensure that all books of accounts (ledger, journal etc.) are maintained at full up-to-date condition all times;
∎ Ensure accurate and timely recording and provisioning of all financial transactions including income, expenses, assets and Inabilities into accounting systems; Responsible for must check the accuracy of data entry and approval of entry fer preparing balance sheet, income statement;
∎ Assist and advise the management in financial decision making and also brief the Board meeting members with finance related information and requirement's;
∎ Various report generation as per required by the management;
∎ Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders;
∎ Analyze financial statements and find out to pinpoint potential weak areas;
∎ Develop Chart of Accounts in accordance with business;
∎ Making policy for company with changes (if required) for the company;
∎ To manage and allocate all job responsibilities among internal department;
∎ Monitors and analyzes departmental work to develop more efficient and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy;
∎ Preparation and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department;
∎ Overall control on cash flow;
∎ Ensure training and development of existing team members;
∎ Strategic financial plans, Policy formulation and Execution;
∎ Verification/authorization of all statement such as; monthly payroll statement, earn leave, bonus, etc.;
∎ Reviewing general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting;
∎ Correspondence and visit with Banks office and maintain a good relationship with them;
∎ Making financial proposal preparation and submit it to banks for increasing company's credit facilities;
∎ Ensure timely renewal of all banks credit sanction facilities related works;
∎ Fund sourcing/Fund or loan management for making payments to Banks, suppliers, salary & remuneration and others;
∎ Planning assets development by increasing company wealth;
∎ Preparing, monitoring of daily/weekly/monthly financial reports;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in Office applications and ERP.
∎ Must be intelligent, hardworking and dedicated with the fitness to work long hours.
∎ Must have excellent communication skills and leadership qualities with strong interpersonal relationship.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
∎ Ability to head the accounts, finance and store management
Salary: Negotiable
