Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement administrative strategies aligned with the bank's goals.
∎ Monitor Supervise & Control overall administrative functions of the bank.
∎ Provide leadership to the admin team and ensure the delivery of efficient support services for banks day to day operation.
∎ Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintenance & efficient operations of Safety, hygiene & environment.
∎ Oversee fleet management, logistics, company assets, property & office equipments.
∎ Manage official travel and accommodation arrangements for employees.
∎ Maintain Liaison with respective authorities including law enforcement agencies & different government offices to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Prepare and manage the annual administration budget.
∎ Ensure optimal use of resources and track administrative costs against the budget.
∎ Build & maintain relationship with different internal & external stakeholders including customers, vendors & other business partners.
∎ Develop & implement crisis management plan to ensure organization is prepared to deal with unforeseen events & critical situation.
