Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Formulate overall strategy for development of Bancassurance business
∎ Execute a comprehensive business strategy based on business goals that is in line with company partners and the overall strategy across all channels
∎ Ensure required regulatory and functional training to explain product policy, regulatory guidelines and features to acquisition channels
∎ Developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer awareness
∎ Monitor distribution business and conduct business review with Acquisition Team and reports to the Chief Bancassurance Officer
∎ Design incentive structure to reward acquisition channels with non- monetary rewards
∎ Ensure commission tracking and implement rewards and recognition program for acquisition channels
∎ Design insurance attachment products in collaboration with insurance partners
∎ Design third-party product policy to serve as guiding principles of the distribution business
∎ Design end-to-end process and integrate the system between bank and insurance partner
∎ Ensure compliance with Bancassurance Guidelines issued by Bangladesh Bank, Corporate Agent (Bancassurance guideline, 2023 issued by Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority and other applicable law
∎ Review of insurance partner performance (fitment, sales and service support etc.)
∎ Ensure proper after sales service by the sales team and handling objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions.
∎ Establish, execute and oversee marketing initiatives and retention plans in collaboration with partners in line with BRAC Bank goals.

∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
