Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ M. Pharm/ B. Pharm/ Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field. Master's degree is advantageous.

∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Building solid relationships with doctors, customers, vendors, clinical and nonclinical professions of the industry as well as sales and marketing teams.
∎ Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
∎ Directing marketing efforts by presenting market research and suggesting strategies to expand market research.
∎ Assessing marketing and sales as well as supplier and vendor operations and recommending improvements as needed.
∎ Researching emerging trends and recommending new offerings to satisfy patients' needs.
∎ Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business. Presenting business or marketing opportunities to management.
∎ Promoting the hospital's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
∎ Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures and ensuring that the sales & marketing team meets their quotas and goals.
∎ Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding requirements, identifying market trends and suggesting system improvements to achieve the hospital's marketing goals.
∎ Training, scheduling, coaching and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales objectives.
∎ Take care of all the publishing material of the hospital namely: information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochure, and other related materials. These shall include the content, design, creativity and proof reading etc.
∎ Plan and execute various marketing activities for example, CMES, Workshops Camps, Patient Education Program etc.
∎ Do regular fieldwork/ visit to understand and develop sound marketing plan.
∎ Prepare and submit weekly and monthly report to the Management about the activities assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 15 years (At least 05 years in leadership/ similar position) of relevant experience in reputed Hospital / Diagnostic Center/ Pharmaceuticals companies.
∎ Proven business development, sales and marketing experience.
∎ Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
∎ Exceptional leadership and management skills.
∎ Effective communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Strong business acumen.
∎ Result-oriented and persuasive.
