Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Business Development, Communication, Guiding field staff in achieving their sales and collection target, Inventory management, Marketing, Planning and monitoring, promotional activities

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Automation, Business Development, Lighting, Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Trading or Export/Import

Job Responsibilities:
∎ •Develop and modernize the overall sales and marketing department
∎ •Strategizing business directions ensuring profitability in line with organizational objectives. Formulating business plans for overall development & accomplishment of top-line and bottom-line.
∎ •Plan marketing, advertising and promotional activities and monitor productivity.
∎ •Work with team to develop marketing communications strategies & action plans to meet revenue & margin goals.
∎ •Identify new markets for expansion.
∎ •Coordinate with suppliers to oversee product availability and inventory management as per the sales plans.
∎ •Proactive knowledge on New Product Launch - using Marketing Channels to create qualitative and quantitative value for the Brand.
∎ •Ensure the Sales Team is fully resourced and well-directed with clear guidelines for their own responsibilities/targets, and are provided with full support.
∎ •Perform comprehensive market analysis and develop marketing strategies for new product categories.
∎ •Define pricing strategy, trade schemes to drive sales and accomplishment of targets.
∎ •Monitor & review sales performance to deliver objectives in terms of Sales, operating margins and market share.
∎ •Meeting with marketing and sales team on regular basis and assisting immediate subordinate in maintaining a relationship, negotiation, and closing deals.
∎ •Monitor and review sales performance and take necessary steps to sustain growth.
∎ •Directly supervising Sales Team, monitoring the activities of them, Marketing & Sales, Distributors and providing regular feedback to management.
∎ •Any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ •Skills Required: Countrywide sales management, Competitor analysis, energetic and proactive nature.
∎ •At least 10 year(s) experience of proactive experience in Marketing & Sales Function with at least 5 years of experience in similar/top managerial position in the relevant industry will get preference.
∎ •Ability to present data in order to facilitate analysis and decision-making.
∎ •Must be team-oriented and a problem solver.
∎ •Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ •Depending on length of experience, field of expertise, industry exposure, market value of skill sets acquired
