Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute the organization’s financial vision and strategies in line with long-term corporate goals.
∎ Lead the annual strategic planning process, including market analysis, competitive benchmarking, SWOT assessments, and scenario modelling.
∎ Translate the overall mission and vision into clear, actionable business development plans.
∎ Identify, evaluate, and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
∎ Lead proposal engineering, financial feasibility studies, and high-stakes negotiations to secure important deals.
∎ Act as a key liaison, collaborating with senior management and external stakeholders to align strategies with broader industry and economic trends.
∎ Lead cross-functional teams (spanning marketing, finance, product development, etc.) to ensure the cohesive delivery of strategic initiatives.
∎ Establish and track KPIs to measure progress against strategic goals; drive course corrections as needed.
