Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Industrial & Production Engineering, Production planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Productivity analysis - person should know analyzing the labour productivity of the factory and sewing lines. Estimating line capacity for all new development styles based on garment sketch or samples.
∎ CMT estimation - Providing estimated labour cost (CMT) and productivity to merchandising department.
∎ Data analysis - Need to do data analysis and look into monthly trends of each KPI (key performance indicator) and control them after setting a benchmark.
∎ Operation bulletin - Making and approving OBs is one of the main tasks. Releasing style OB, line layout and thread consumption chart for line(s) to be done based on scheduled plan.
∎ Manpower requirement - Department wise Manpower requirement rationalization based on target strength ratio.
∎ The candidate needs to audit factory and lines to ensure the operation bulletin and line layout are followed by line supervisor.
∎ Monitoring and Auditing IE and Jr. IE activities in all the units.
∎ Employee production Incentive report monitoring and approval of the incentive amount.
∎ Research and development for samples prior to production start.
∎
∎ Own seasonal/monthly/weekly total business sales, margin and inventory targets.
∎ Provide Open to Buy reporting at the category and form levels.
∎ Partner closely with category planning leads to meet total business unit goals.
∎ Manage the Monthly Planning Meeting process and review merchandise plans for accuracy.
∎ Set out-season goals by category to achieve overall business unit growth goals, partnering with Finance and Merchandise Planning.
∎ Prepare analysis and reports on Monday mornings that identify business risks/opportunities as they relate to sales, margin and inventory management.
∎ Report Semi-Annual-Sales trends and results and provide pricing recommendations.
∎ Ensure accuracy and maintain all responsibilities related to the VS Beauty hierarchy and data governance, including all re-classes.
∎ Support ad hoc analytical project work with a goal of enabling new thinking with consistent, accurate information and analyses.
∎ Create and maintain value-add analysis that will support leadership decision-making and maximize sales and profit (e. g. inventory productivity, price point activity, key item performance).
∎ Create and maintain formats for presentations that highlight opportunities and summarize data in a concise manner.
