Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive contract strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
∎ Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiating to monitoring performance and ensuring compliance.
∎ Lead and manage a team of contract managers, providing guidance, training, and support.
∎ Negotiate contracts with various parties, including vendors, contractors, and developers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
∎ Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.
∎ Ensure that all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
∎ Monitor contract costs and identify opportunities to reduce spending.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on contract performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including project teams, legal counsel, and vendors.
∎ Address and resolve contract-related issues promptly and effectively.
