∎ Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Fine Arts, Advertising, Marketing, or Mass Communication along with an MBA
∎ 12+ years of experience in creative/brand roles within FMCG, advertising agencies, or MNCs, with at least 5 years in leadership roles

∎ Inspire & Manage Teams – Build, coach, and mentor in-house creative talents and external agency partners.
∎ Ensure Brand Consistency – Standardize creative expressions across all consumer touchpoints.
∎ Drive Content Innovation – Champion new formats and storytelling methods for digital, ATL, and BTL platforms.
∎ Oversee Creative Production – Manage timelines, budgets, and quality across visual and multimedia productions.
∎ Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Align with Marketing, Sales, Trade, and Digital for campaign synergy.
∎ Leverage Data for Insight – Use performance analytics to optimize creative effectiveness and ROI.
∎ Manage External Agencies – Select, brief, and evaluate the performance of creative partners.
∎ Safeguard Brand Equity – Maintain brand tone, voice, and image integrity across all executions.
∎ Budget & Resource Planning – Allocate creative budgets efficiently to maximize impact.
