∎ BBA & MBA preferably in Accounting, Finance or Marketing with good academic track record.

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a reliable Credit realization Manager to contact our highly esteemed client and claim outstanding debts towards the company. You will be responsible for recovering the money owed in as little time as possible.
∎ This position can be stressful and difficult. A Credit Collector will have to be polite and sensitive towards people while also remaining committed to their purpose and persistent. Excellent communication skills and a sense of urgency are extremely useful to succeed in this task.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The overall responsibility is to looking after accounts and finance of the department specially in credit realization.
∎ Communicate and coordinate with customers for the timely and accurate collection of payment.
∎ Notify customers of delay payment by mail, email, telephone in order to recover payment.
∎ Monitor the progress and collection processes, handle and investigate cases for efficient dues recovery.
∎ Daily and monthly outstanding report
∎ Coordinate with the sales person for Credit recovery and minimize credit losses.
∎ Update Credit list regularly.
∎ Handle inquiries from customers' staffs on payment issues and outstanding balances.
∎ Compiling status and management report.
∎ Ensuring credit collection policies, procedures with customers.
∎ Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
∎ Experience in working with financial institution is required.
∎ Clear concept about facilitating loan process is required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Must have experience in real estate sector.
∎ Be an excellent communicator.
∎ Be able to respond well to pressure, think creatively.
