Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate and lead all required activities/systems/tools/processes to ensure customer delight
∎ Derive important indicators analyzing customer related data from all available sources along with findings and recommendations
∎ Plan, design and implement programs to enhance installation capacity
∎ Ensure continuous improvement in CSAT score
∎ Lead initiatives for reducing customer inbound call through quality service and required customer education
∎ Analyze, identify and initiate required measures to reduce the churn rate
∎ Take initiative to capture customer insight for required solution through innovative ideas
∎ Design and develop required process and systems to ensure efficient TAT
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have relevant industry experience
