Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead National Sales Operations: Oversee the Business unit sales admin team and manage back-office functions to support national sales initiatives.
∎ Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the management and Leadership team to align sales strategies and objectives with overall business goals.
∎ Sales App Management: Coordinate and supervise operations related to the sales application to ensure smooth functionality.
∎ Incentive Programs: Oversee the timely disbursement of retailer and carpenter incentives to drive motivation and performance.
∎ Performance Analysis: Analyze KPIs and performance metrics of the business unit, Sales & Marketing team to track progress and identify improvement areas.
∎ Retailer & Influencer Performance: Evaluate the effectiveness of retailer and influencer programs to optimize results.
∎ Sales Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of sales strategies and plans to achieve business growth targets.
∎ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support demand generation and strategic teams to align sales efforts with overall marketing and business strategies.
∎ Sales Forecasting & Analysis: Provide accurate sales forecasts, identify gaps in performance, and conduct detailed analysis to drive informed decision-making.
∎ Process Optimization: Continuously improve and streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
∎ Budget Management: Lead the management of the annual sales budget for business unit, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
∎ Reporting & Insights: Generate regular reports and performance analysis to provide senior leadership, management, with actionable insights.
