Job Context:
∎ Rising Group, a leading manufacturer and exporter of Apparel & Attire from Bangladesh is equipped with the most modern and latest machinery having 06 knit & 01 woven Garments manufacturing units in Mirpur, Ashulia, Dhamrai and Gazipur. The Group also owns textile units & two spinning mills having an area of two production of knit fabric, dyeing, finishing, washing, one printing, button and thread manufacturing units.
∎ Candidates should have clear concept on global fashion trends specially on European’s, American’s buyers’ preference on modern fashion design also well informed on use of fashion design tools & techniques to be benefited-on company export growth.
∎ We are looking for an experienced designer who have depth knowledge in fashion design specially in all kinds of knit items & woven-bottom garments.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make creative design using modern tools & techniques with the consideration of foreign market demands regarding design and the data analysis of people choice.
∎ To design/source various clothing products to match current trends and styles. Main duties include managing the entire design process from start to finish, making edits to current clothing and accessory lines and choosing fabrics and trims for upcoming designs and product lines.
∎ To collaborating with the merchandising team and others to develop ideas for new products design and development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Must have practical experience as a designer in knit & woven bottom garment.
∎ Must have good computer skill specially in fashion design software.
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Creative with a vision for fashion.

Salary: Negotiable
