∎ Skills Required: 3DS MAX,Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Main responsibility is to understand clients requirement, preparing design as per clients demand and taking the whole responsibility of project from work starting to handover with proper satisfaction of clients.
∎ Monitoring day to day affairs of the running projects of the company in various places.
∎ Correspondence with the projects engineers.
∎ Giving day to day solutions for any problems in the projects
∎ Looking after smooth logistic support of the projects
∎ Ensure quality of work at every phase of construction by maintaining checklists and appropriate procedures.
∎ Ensure quality of all structural and architectural work carried out as per design and specification
∎ Ensure the quality of construction materials for maintaining proper quality control.
∎ Coordination for materials delivery on time.
∎ To prepare a project estimate and cost analysis based on working design/drawing.
∎ Finding out ways for cost minimization which need to be included Man, Machine, Materials, Method and Money.
∎ Work planning and ensure project progress as per Master Work Schedule.
∎ Ensure site stores are safe and secured with no excess and unused materials.
∎ To certify and ensure the accuracy of all running and final bills of contractors
∎ Bill preparation , Measurement book writing
∎ To maintain liaison with various Government, semi Government, Autonomous bodies for various approval of construction/project works
∎ Ensures assigned projects are completed within scheduled time and budget by meeting clients' specification.
∎ Responsible for preparation of BOQ, rate analysis and project co- ordination, preparation of estimate and requisition for procurement purposes, co-ordination with consultant etc.
∎ Prepare weekly estimates of materials required for respective project
∎ Preparation of tender report for Client with detailed technical and commercial analysis, and recommendation for further negotiation and award.
∎ Lead Tender Adjudication Meetings with Client and assistance to Client for final commercial negotiations
∎ Monitor contractor's contractual and statutory compliance (insurance, bank guarantees, labor social contributions, etc.)
∎ Prepare recommendations for interim payments to contractors and suppliers based on work executed, variations, day work, materials delivered, etc.
∎ Collect from site all necessary information and prepare the required Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports
∎ Review all the documents (Letters, Request for Information, Site Inspection Request, Variation Orders, Drawings etc.) and identify the ones related to the delay events that will be used for preparation of claims for extension of time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on Bridge / Road constructions work (ISG, Sub-Base Aggregate Base Type-I, & II, Base course, Wearing course, Rigid Pavement, Drainage Structure etc).
∎ Practical work experience for the Govt. Sector Such as RHD, PWD, LGED or others
∎ Sound Knowledge about Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).
∎ Minimum 10 years experience in Bridge / Road construction project as PM/ In-Charge
∎ Experiences in at least 10 high-rise commercial buildings construction works with multiple basement as PM/ In-Charge.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and deadline
∎ Smart, Self-Motivated and Energetic person.
∎ Must have experience in multiple projects management at a time
∎ Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports and statements independently.
∎ Expertise in estimation and tender preparation.
∎ Good communication skill and fluent in English.
