Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the factory HR, admin and compliance team by ensuring the team is fully aware of their role and expectation.Ensure discipline and proper administrative control in the factory.Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budget.Monitor, review and implement policies and practices related to Employee welfare.Ensure compliance to all regulatory and statutory requirement.Assist Plant head and COO to prepare yearly manpower plan.Recruit, retain and maintain pool of talents in the organization as per business objectives by ensuring recruitment and other related policies.Liaise with other functional/ departmental heads so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose, and achievements.Ensure IR and employee relation issues are properly addressed, especially grievances, and disciplinary procedures are attended as per law of the land.Implement various employee engagement initiatives to keep the workforce motivated and with high morale.Ensure on-time performance appraisal and KRA review process are maintained in the factory.Develop, implement, and maintain training and development activities for both management and non-management employees to cater to their learning and growth aspiration.Manage and implement proactive relationships with universities, organizations, training institutions and professional networks.Develop and maintain healthy relations with government and non-government and various local bodies for better functioning of the organization.Ensure continual improvement of work process and of self-development.
