∎ Establishes and oversees the design process, ensuring efficiency and quality.
∎ Develops the overall design strategy and vision for the brand.
∎ Manages and motivates the design team, providing guidance and support.
∎ Ensures that designs align with the brand's values and target audience.
∎ May be involved in developing product specifications and tech packs.
∎ Develop collections based on current fashion trends, customer preferences, and market demands of local life style.
∎ Oversee the creation of samples, ensuring accuracy in design, fit, and quality.
∎ Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and conduct market research to provide insights for future collections.
∎ Participate in fashion events, runway shows, and exhibitions to showcase the brand's collections and strengthen industry relationships.
∎ Discuss design concepts with team members and communicate effectively with sales and management leaders, as well as clients.
∎ Develops and implements the overall marketing strategy for the brand.
∎ May be involved in market research and trend analysis.
∎ Oversees the creation and execution of marketing campaigns.
∎ Manages the marketing team and budget.
∎ Works closely with sales and retail teams to ensure effective product placement and promotion.
