∎ Over 12 years of finance, accounting, commercial & auditing experience IT & ITES Industry.
∎ Minimum graduation/post-graduation majoring in Finance / Accounting
∎ CA / CC is required
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage accounting, budgeting, taxes, internal controls, and financial reporting for the companies. ? Ensure proper treasury management.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends, forecasts, and reporting.
∎ • Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance of IFRS and applicable laws and rules for financial, income taxes and VAT reporting.
∎ Provides leadership in the development of processes and digitization of accounting and finance functions.
∎ Evaluates and advises on the impact of long- range planning, introduction of new programs or strategies and regulatory action.
∎ Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
∎ Take measure to reduce costs and advise business to grow.
∎ Any other functions as required by management.
∎ Banking operation and activities
∎ Credit control and operational activities
∎ Fund management & proper utilizations
∎ Corporate legal issues
∎ Corporate TAX & VAT matter
∎ Team development
∎ Digitalization
∎ Service execution and continuation based on financial matter
