Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
∎ Maintain HR processes and initiatives in areas of Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, and Compensation & Benefits.
∎ Maintain the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
∎ Continues follow-up HR & Admin activities with all the Department and ensure in-time support, coordination, and communication with the employees.
∎ Communicate with the concerns in Factory for their needs in respect of HR, Administration & Compliance issues.
∎ Manage and monitor the entire operation process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Oversee facility management, procurement, and logistics.
∎ Maintain strong relationships manage communicate with various government and non-government organizations on matters related to HR and administrative issues.
∎ Ensure timely license renewals and compliance with regulatory requirements.
∎ Manage budgets and control expenses.
∎ Formulation and implementation of policies and manuals.
∎ Prepare manpower planning, budgeting, TNA.
∎ Implement & Develop of the effective management strategies, leading the team to create good working environment enabling everyone to work with effort & Co-operation.
∎ Organization Structuring and Planning.
∎ Resolve employee grievances.
∎ Perform any other responsibilities assigned by Top Management.
