∎ Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of the Bank.
∎ Oversee workforce planning processes to ensure optimal staffing levels across divisions and branches.
∎ Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
∎ Formulate, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
∎ Administer a robust performance management system to drive high performance and accountability across the organization.
∎ Lead the Bank’s learning and development initiatives by identifying training needs, organizing effective programs, and evaluating their impact.
∎ Support the Bank’s current and future business needs through effective talent development, engagement, and retention strategies.
∎ Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and a performance-driven culture.
∎ Manage all HR operations, including compensation and benefits, HR budgeting, employee relations, separation processes, and disciplinary matters.
