Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors degree / Masters in Architecture / Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to lead and drive the development of design projects including all aspects of Interior Design.
∎ Coordinates with client's design & engineering team for design solutions and incorporates into projects.
∎ Develop full interior drawing sets, including floor plans, elevations, RCP, millwork, details & specific schedules.
∎ Develop FF&E packages, including creative custom furniture / lighting designs.
∎ Ensure continuity and consistency of design deliverables, meet project schedules, budgets and deadlines.
∎ Review and check all work for design, accuracy and completeness.
∎ Modify and prepare construction drawings during design development phase.
∎ Prepares construction documentation set.
∎ Preparation of GFC's
∎ Coordinating between external architect and engineering teams
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced with Real Estate or Interior company would be preferable.
