∎ Minimum 07 (Seven) years of working experience in commercial Bank/ NBFI with at least 3 years’ experience in any Islamic Bank or Islamic Banking Division of conventional bank.
∎ Sound knowledge in Shariah Laws, Islamic investment risk and compliance management.
∎ Experience in coordination with the Shariah Supervisory committee.
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Good communication skill in English.
∎ Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise overall activities of Islamic Banking Division.
∎ Plan and formulate strategies to achieve business goals of Islamic Banking Division.
∎ Ensure optimization of business of Islamic Banking Windows.
∎ Conduct market survey of the Shariah based banking products, redesign new products and develop the existing products to penetrate the market.
∎ Monitor and ensure all compliance related to issues of Islamic Banking as per Bangladesh Bank guidelines.
∎ Maintain liaison with Shariah Supervisory Committee of the Bank to run business and operations smoothly.
∎ Ensure delivery of annual business and financial goals and targets for Branches/Islamic Windows.
∎ Guide the Branches/Islamic Windows and make sure that they have achieved their respective business targets.
∎ Extend support to business units, CRM, CAD and other related divisions/departments to enhance the business of Islamic Banking.
∎ Enhance the capabilities of existing employees by providing training on various aspects of Shariah-compliant banking.
∎ Job Grade: First Assistant Vice President to Senior Vice President.
∎ Job Nature: Permanent.
∎ Key Job Responsibilities:
