∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and IT management.
∎ Proven experience in C#, ASP.NET, MSSQL, DevExpress, JavaScript, jQuery, and similar technologies.
∎ Proven experience in reporting technology like Crystal Reports, rdlc.
∎ Certifications in IT project management (e.g., PMP, ITIL) or software development frameworks (e.g., Agile, DevOps).
∎ Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), ERP solutions, and database management.

∎ Lead the IT Department, overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems.
∎ Develop, implement, and maintain software applications using C#, ASP.NET, MSSQL and other platforms to support university operations.
∎ Collaborate with academic departments to integrate IT solutions into educational programs.
∎ Manage the IT infrastructure, ensuring high performance, security, and availability of systems.
∎ Lead initiatives to upgrade university networks, databases, and digital platforms to meet modern standards.
∎ Oversee and manage IT support services, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues across the campus.
∎ Ensure data protection, privacy, and security measures are strictly adhered to.
∎ Manage IT budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective solutions for the university.
∎ Train and mentor, the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
