Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile / Graduation in Marketing from any reputed University
∎ Having an MBA from reputed university will be an added advantages.
∎ Skills Required: Lean Management, Merchandising, Quality Control/ Audit.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 11 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Marchandising, Marketing, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all the activities related to order taking, merchandising & timely shipment of export-oriented oven garment products effectively & efficiently.
∎ Identify new direct buyers and build the long lasting strong relationship with them
∎ Monitor and follow up on capacity assessment, production plan & achieving the same within time & cost parameters.
∎ Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
∎ Maintain a strong data base of customers for effective followup
∎ Oversee the company's marketing budget.
∎ Plan and implement promotional campaigns.
∎ Ensure brand management and corporate identity
∎ Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
∎ Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
∎ Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
∎ Provide necessary directives to Production/Sample team to make a sample of a particular buyer in order to get the approval of mass production.
∎ Need to ensure minimum 228,800 pcs order of shirts/pants per month for the woven garments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have can-do attitude
∎ Sound knowledge of the total garment manufacturing process from sample development to shipments deliveries.
∎ Understanding of quality requirements of leading buyers with knowledge on all testing methods, fabric inspection & quality management systems.
∎ Have conversant to deal with any foreign buyers and managing them competently.
∎ The candidate should have the capacity to source new buyers & maintain effective liaison with existing/new buyers in connection with taking profitable orders & meeting the export target.
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere and have excellent negotiation skills.
∎ Should be fluent in English correspondences both in written & oral forms and well conversant with computer applications.
