Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans aligned with corporate objectives.
∎ Identify and target new markets and customer segments for growth.
∎ Build brand positioning strategies and strengthen brand equity across all platforms.
∎ Lead product launch initiatives, market entry strategies, and promotional campaigns.
∎ Design and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
∎ Manage key client relationships and build strong customer loyalty programs.
∎ Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
∎ Direct and support sales teams to drive aggressive business growth.
∎ Oversee all marketing activities including digital marketing, ATL/BTL activities, product marketing, and brand communication.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign development and execution.
∎ Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitor activities, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
∎ Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure high ROI.
