Brand Communication, Marketing, Public Relation
Job Context:
∎ Brand strategy development in line with commercial and company objectives for ensuring best ROI for the stakeholders
∎ Drive Brand Equity, Top of Mind Awareness and overall internal and external communication for the company
∎ Heading the media planning and buying wing for effective media presence
∎ Heading all online promotion unit, event activities and trade support for the company
∎ Head the Corporate Communications and PR wing for a smooth stakeholder relation maintaining
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate and Strategize brand & its road map and align brand, and communication as per commercial, and company objective & strategy
∎ Planning, Budgeting and Execution of all major Brand communications
∎ Help in developing and implementing media strategies and plan in support of brand essence and campaign objectives and ensure efficient results in terms of GRP, SOV & CPRP
∎ Create and maintain good relationship with media houses to develop healthy professional relationship
∎ Help in planning, executing & controlling BTL marketing activations as per yearly marketing plan
∎ Organize stakeholder management, employee engagement and sponsorship events & activations
∎ Help in planning, implementing and managing engagement with news media and other relevant stakeholders
∎ Corporate communications, public Relations and media relations strategy development and activities with media houses and other external stakeholders
∎ Ensure positive coverage for the company and its offering to the society through press release, executive interview, editorials and story placement and also mitigating adverse publicity
∎ Develop yearly marketing budget and ensure proper utilization of the budget
∎ Ensure and Monitor all Bill Processing, Service ensuring, and vendor payment status and follow-up
∎ Act as the interface of marketing communication department for all internal and external stakeholders
∎ Finding innovative approach for process improvement and increase efficiency
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Leadership, people and stakeholder management skills
∎ Willingness to manage big teams, agencies and vendors
∎ Strategy development and analytical skills and excellent presentation skills
∎ Must be confident enough to represent the company in front of large audience or in media
∎ Must be self-motivated and willingness to work beyond call of duty
∎ Ability to work in a team and cross functionally, and to work under pressure
∎ Competency in MS Office Suite
