Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline preferably in Marketing/Apparel Merchandising.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Marketing, Merchandising
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for total Marketing Department.
∎ Capable of planning, marketing of Blezzer , Trouser , Suits ( Formal products ) from foreign buyers for line booking.
∎ Ensure collection of order from buyer/buying house directly even sub-contract also at order crisis moment.
∎ Skill in costing, production planning, and having technical knowledge of Blazer , Trouser , Suits ( Formal products )
∎ Able to line booking for round the year at any situation & run the factory independently.
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing & Merchandising department .
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ Team Player/Leader of a Marketing & Merchandising Team.
∎ Oversee and do costing and pricing of the garment and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Monitoring the status of approval / per-production / photo samples/delivery.
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned Time and Action Plan on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ To Follow up with planning/production.
∎ Should be capable of new business development & promotion with fresh Buyer
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.
∎ N.B : Candidate having experience in knit garments marketing are requested not to apply.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years experience as marketing DGM /GM/Marketing Head.
Salary:
∎ Salary Tk. 4 lacs with flat rent & car facilities. Negotiable
