Job Context:
∎ Quantam Group is one of the progressive & modern Group of Companies in Bangladesh deals in Engineered/Pre-Fabricated Steel Structure Building, EPS Sandwich Panel, Portable Cabin, U-Pvc Doors and Windows and Implement Civil Constructions works. The Group needs:
∎ Head of Marketing & Sales (Steel Building, Upvc-door/windows, Sandwich Panel House)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products.
∎ Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing and PR.
∎ Working closely with the company's Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentation.
∎ Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team.
∎ Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
∎ Work closely with product management team to work out marketing materials and programs.
∎ Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organization.
∎ Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
∎ Making plan for individuals and group to achieve the sales target regarding Pre-fabricated steel structure building, Upvc and Sandwich panel house.
∎ Establish programs to accomplish marketing-related aspects of the corporate mission.
∎ Initiate and develop contact with potential clients and work with principles to secure new clients and projects.
∎ Work with technical staff to develop proposal sections and scopes of work.
∎ Responsible for overall marketing staff training and marketing-related technical staff training.
∎ Strong interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Dynamic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Ability to work as a team member under pressure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 to 10 year(s) of experience in related field.
∎ Should knowledgeable on principles, practices and techniques of marketing strategies & training.
∎ Should be skilled on relevant computer application packages.
