Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Nursing, PhD in Public Health
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Looking after the administrative affairs of the institution
∎ Ensuring smooth and sound operation of the institution.
∎ Ensuring that academic policies and curriculum are followed.
∎ Developing and tracking benchmarks for measuring institutional success.
∎ Assisting teachers to maximize their teaching potential.
∎ Meeting and listening to concerns of students on a regular basis.
∎ Enforcing discipline when necessary.
∎ Ensure the highest standard of Nursing through continuous coaching, training & development of team members
∎ Makes regular rounds of the department
∎ Sees to the general safety and cleanliness of the department
∎ Supervision of students welfare, health and security services.
∎ Supervision and guidance of teaching staff including organization of in-service education of staff.
∎ Administrative arrangements for students' clinical experience and teaching in hospital and public health field.
∎ Recruitment of staff and admission of students.
∎ Review and revision of policies, rules, regulations & philosophy of the College.
∎ Performing public relations duties for the College.
∎ Preparation of budgetary proposals.
∎ Handle departmental complaints or problems relating to nurse with confidence
∎ Perform any other related tasks assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Minimum 5 years experience in Clinic or hospital
∎ Ambitious, Dedicated, Hard Working
∎ Fluent and good communication skill in English
∎ Good knowledge on MS office work and presentation skill.
∎ Willing to take challenges of work pressure & development deadline.
Salary: Negotiable
