Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
∎ Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
∎ Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
∎ Make adjustments and minor repairs
∎ Stock and maintain supply rooms
∎ Cooperate with the rest of the staff
∎ Make sure all financial activities are going to perfect
∎ Cost analysis
∎ Follow all health and safety regulations
∎ Follow all projects salary, materials etc procuring
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 02 years House Keeping Project Handling practical Experience.
∎ Gender: Male & Female : Female are preference.
Salary:
∎ 20,000/- + TA & DA
