∎ Ensure smooth operational processes across all departments.
∎ Oversee and drive sales strategies and performance in the Chattogram Division.
∎ Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.
∎ Manage and improve the credit recovery process, ensuring timely payments.
∎ Lead negotiations, acquisitions, and transactions related to land purchases.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive company growth.
∎ Oversee procurement, logistics, and the supply chain to ensure efficiency.
∎ Monitor construction projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
∎ Prepare annual budgets bills of quantities, and financial forecasts to ensure cost efficiency.
∎ Ensure all projects and operations meet the highest standards of quality.
