Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive business growth and oversee the manufacturing plant’s efficient operations.
∎ Lead the woven based manufacturing business.
∎ Ensure smooth operations across production, IE, cutting, quality, washing, technical and sample divisions.
∎ Restructure & resign operational processes for improved outcomes.
∎ Responsible for implementing modern manufacturing processes, tools and techniques.
∎ Manage and control the operational budget.
∎ Lead the team by example and provide training to achieve business success.
