∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 13 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and control the technical operation of the entire business and build strategies in line with the value chain.
∎ Organize, plan and develop MIS for the organization.
∎ Ensue operation improvement initiative by system framework along with the feedback process.
∎ Asses SBU's development requirements and drive action plans for the same.
∎ Organize talent development through proper planning and execution process.
∎ Ensure organizational budgets are kept with a minimum variation of 2% to 3%.
∎ Oversee team management and team development.
∎ Ensure team performance is aligned with organizational mission and vision.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 37 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent ability to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.
∎ Strong skills in budget development and oversight.
∎ Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
∎ Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management.
∎ Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
∎ Ability to streamline or implement structures and roles that boost speed and efficiency while supporting rapidly shifting business demands.
∎ Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines.
