Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (B.Eng.) in Textile Engineering., Masters in Engineering (M. Eng) in Textile Engineering from any reputed University.
∎ Skills Required: Email Communications, English as well as computer literacy.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Manufacturing, Production Planning.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acknowledgment of the order quantity in advance for making the production plan and to cooperate with the Management and giving necessary directives to the Production Manager regarding the production plan.
∎ Having a clear idea about the quality of garments and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality so that garments can be made the exportable stage.
∎ To advise the Production Manager to follow the production schedule and ensure proper planning to ensure Production as per planning.
∎ Monitor operational performance to improve the existing performance and efficiency of the production operatives and processes.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure & maintain floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Coordinate with other department heads as required.
∎ And overall act as a catalyst for change and improvement in better planning for optimum Production.
∎ Follow up pre-production activities planning and ensure back-to-back feeding achieve targets without compromising quality.
∎ By time study determining capacity of operators and planning improvement.
∎ Preparing workers skill matrix and monitoring production.
∎ Prepare monthly manpower projection.
∎ Labor cost analysis & improve the standard.
∎ Keeping updated with all the Information of the area assigned & Maintain Daily IE related reports.
∎ Ensure an incredibly significant role to increase productivity with standard.
∎ Ensure 100% on time shipment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Production Planning.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Time Management skill.
