Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in any discipline / Degree in Early Childhood Development or related field is preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Curriculum/ Program Development, Education, Teaching/ Training
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials and be actively involved in developing the curriculum.
∎ Prepare the annual, monthly, weekly as well as daily curriculum.
∎ Hiring and conducting teachers training, relocating the new teachers as per their expertise and maintaining the teacher's pool.
∎ Prepare budgets.
∎ Oversee teachers and classroom activities such as discipline during class hours, syllabus completion, lesson plan preparation, class test, etc.
∎ Conduct parent meetings periodically & counselling guardians when it's required.
∎ Maintain complete and authentic records of the student's progress.
∎ Provide direction for maintaining the pre-school social media page.
∎ Willingness to travel to all our Branches (Mirpur, Uttara, Wari & Badda).
∎ Ensuring student admission and Case to case handling of parents as well.
∎ Report to the management.
∎ Any other additional activities as per company needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be logical and well behaved in terms of communicating with the parents and teachers.
∎ Innovative teaching skills are required.
∎ Must have experience on junior section teaching training, Education administration.
Salary: Negotiable
