Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop a deep understanding of our Fish Feed product line.
∎ Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to market launch and continuous improvement.
∎ Understanding Fish feeds customer priorities, goals and challenges to provide solutions to address customer needs to maintain and grow existing business.
∎ Collaborate with R&D to ensure products align with market demands and regulatory standards.
∎ Lead and coordinate technical team operations to ensure proper services of customer requirements. Visit different markets frequently to promote and generate sales.
∎ Ensure availability of work tools, marketing tools and other necessary equipment required for the performance of field job duties. Monitor and review technical team work performance to identify areas of inefficiency and correct accordingly.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to enhance our product competitiveness.
∎ Implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market share.
∎ Conduct regular pricing analysis to remain competitive and adapt to market dynamics.
∎ Collaborate with finance to ensure pricing aligns with financial targets and market positioning.
∎ Develop and manage distribution channels to ensure widespread product availability.
∎ Collaborate with logistics to optimize supply chain efficiency and minimize lead times.
∎ Establish strategic partnerships to expand the geographical reach of our products.
∎ Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to create brand awareness.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling promotional materials.
∎ Utilize digital and traditional marketing channels to reach target audiences effectively.
∎ Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve targets and foster a culture of excellence.
∎ Streamline sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the sales function.
∎ Continuously train and develop the sales team and Fish farmers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
∎ As the Product Head Fish Feed Sales you will collaboratively work with the Head of Sales and coordinate him as well as the Regional Sales Manager to meet and set the Sales Target.
∎ Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.
∎ This position requires extensive field visit throughout the country.
