∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent Design creativity in Active wear.
∎ Attention to detail.
∎ Creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
∎ Analytical ability.
∎ Strong understanding of designing software (Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CLO, etc).
∎ Basic understanding on apparel manufacturing.
∎ Strong knowledge on fabrics.
∎ Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Active Lifestyle practitioner.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Research on current fashion trends (international & local), forecasting & determining customer demand.
∎ Ensure product planning for new season within agreed timeline.
∎ Collaborate with the team to develop new ideas for new range based on research data.
∎ Prepare mood board, and color pallets.
∎ Develop styles & fabric/materials concept and direct team to execute design, make range to get approval.
∎ Plan materials/fabric concept and assign concern to execute. Plan and follow up trims & accessories sourcing.
∎ Responsible for sample execution and take necessary step to done by the deadline.
∎ Prepare sample range by the deadline and arrange sign off meeting to select style to proceed in bulk.
∎ Responsible for fit sample, and conduct fit session with fit concern.
∎ Engage in product photo shoot and ensure quality, fit & product concept.
∎ Responsible for lab-dip, trims, fabric, styling approval and finalize PP sample for approval.
∎ Report to the management on running and upcoming projects.
∎ Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Product Design & Development team.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
