Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, increase productivity, and reduce costs.
∎ Manage the production team, providing coaching and training as needed to ensure they have the skills and resources to achieve their objectives.
∎ Ensure quality standards are met and implement quality control measures to minimize defects and rework, utilizing quality management systems.
∎ Utilize ERP system knowledge and Microsoft Excel proficiency to track and manage production processes, raw material inventory, finished goods inventory, and order processing.
∎ Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, design, and logistics to ensure business operations are aligned and coordinated.
∎ Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
∎ Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
∎ Estimate production costs and profitability, utilizing estimation techniques.
∎ Implement effective process management techniques to enhance productivity and accuracy, such as Lean Manufacturing principles.
∎ Prepare regular reports for senior management and provide updates on production performance, utilizing ERP and Microsoft Excel data to inform decision-making.
∎ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation and encourage the development of new production processes and technologies.
∎ Work closely with the General Manager of Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction and develop new business opportunities.
∎ Manage and monitor financial performance, such as production costs, revenue, expenses, and profit margins, and prepare regular financial reports for senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years of experience required in a production management role in the printing and packaging industry, with a track record of success in optimizing production processes, managing teams, and delivering results.
∎ Experience in Mono Carton, Diary, and Calendar products is highly preferred.
∎ Proficient knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, Estimation techniques, Quality Management systems, and Process Utilization or Management techniques.
∎ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams to achieve business objectives.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and stakeholders.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for improvement.
∎ Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
