∎ Minimum 8-10 years of experience in quality control/assurance within the RMG sector, with a focus on outerwear.
∎ Proven experience in leadership roles with a track record of implementing effective quality management systems.
∎ Strong understanding of quality standards and experience with certifications.
∎ Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
∎ In-depth knowledge of quality control processes, standards, and methodologies.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
∎ Exceptional experience with garment construction and fabric properties specific to outerwear.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Quality Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement the overall quality strategy for outerwear, ensuring alignment with company goals and international standards.
∎ Quality Control & Assurance: Oversee all aspects of quality control, from raw materials through to finished goods. Ensure quality checks are consistently conducted to meet or exceed client and regulatory requirements.
∎ Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of quality inspectors and quality control managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
∎ Process Improvement: Identify areas of improvement within production processes, establishing preventive measures and corrective actions to reduce defects and enhance product quality.
∎ Client & Supplier Relations: Act as a liaison with clients and suppliers to maintain open lines of communication regarding quality requirements and standards.
∎ Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations and prepare regular reports on quality metrics, including root cause analyses and corrective actions.
∎ Audits & Certifications: Coordinate internal and external audits, maintaining certifications relevant to the quality of outerwear production.
