∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in washing R&D within the denim or textile industry.
∎ Proven track record of leading innovative washing process development.
∎ Expertise in washing techniques, chemical formulations, and process optimization.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on sustainability.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration abilities.
∎ Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
∎ Relevant training or certifications in washing processes or sustainability.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Spearhead research and innovation to enhance washing techniques, improving product quality and efficiency.
∎ Design and conduct experiments to develop new washing processes and optimize existing ones.
∎ Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot complex issues in the washing process to ensure seamless operations.
∎ Champion sustainability by ensuring washing processes comply with environmental and industry standards (e.g., ZDHC).
∎ Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and compliance teams to align R&D with business goals.
∎ Mentor and train team members to build a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
