Responsibilities & Context:
∎ “A leading multinational company is seeking a highly skilled professional for the role of Head of Risk & Investigation.
∎ This 18-month project role, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, within our Legal function, focuses on managing security risks and investigations. The successful candidate will drive the security risk management agenda, ensuring effective identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks. Responsibilities include conducting proactive security risk assessments, leading investigations into standard of business conduct violations and security violations related incidents. The role involves acting as a subject matter expert in security devices and their application and areas such as anti-financial crimes, supply chain compliance, and data privacy, managing engagement across compliance teams.
∎ The candidate will also oversee security crisis management, business continuity and investigations. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including basic salary, house rent allowance, conveyance allowance, medical allowance, short term incentive, and other benefits as per company policy.
