∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy. JTI is planning to expand business upto Upazila and Thana level to cover all over Bangladesh. So, HoS must have ability to set up distribution to ensure smooth running of business.
∎ Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals. Should have ability to employ sales force throughout Bangladesh when required.
∎ Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive landscape and customer needs.
∎ Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and make budget and plan to implement.
∎ Sales Process Improvement: continuously think to improve sales process, delivery mechanism to reduce costs.
∎ Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing sales performance, strategies, and recommendations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 60 years
Salary: Negotiable
