∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic Role: Planning and developing short and long-term sales goals of the company
∎ Network Planning and Development
∎ Competitor analysis and strategy formulation.
∎ Developing Product and Pricing strategies for the company.
∎ Devising cost-effective Sales Promotion / Marketing strategies for dealerships.
∎ Functional Role: Responsible for setting and achieving annual and monthly sales targets of volume and market share in accordance with the Company's business plan.
∎ Dealer Management - Acquisition, Development and Final Settlement of dealerships.
∎ Dealer credit planning and ensuring collections.
∎ Preparing and adhering to monthly offtake plans of vehicles and ensuring adequate inventory at dealerships
∎ Ensuring productivity and profitability of the dealerships by overseeing the various departments.
∎ Paying close attention to daily operations, recommending and creating improved courses of action wherever necessary.
∎ Executing and reviewing the planned marketing and sales promotion activities.
∎ Ensuring Standard VI implementations and maintenance across dealership network.
∎ Leadership Role: Performance evaluation of team and creating a healthy competition among them
∎ Managing and developing sales and sales support staffs from field and in-house sales functions.
∎ Provide guidelines and directions to direct reportees to achieve sales targets
∎ Ensuring adequate training and development of team members in order to achieve higher performance level
∎ Spend a significant portion of time in the field to monitor and control sales activities and dealer movements.
∎ Analytical Role: Monitoring monthly KPI report of sales force/channel partners and taking necessary decisions where needed.
∎ Develop and implement detailed and accurate reports for the management, providing visibility into performance against key business objectives
∎ Guide/assist team in the preparation of data and insights to support executive-level decision making and sales/marketing monthly review meetings (MRM).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Have strong Information Technology skills and excellent proficiency in MS Office.
∎ Have flexibility regarding frequent travelling throughout the country and abroad.

Salary: Negotiable
