Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
∎ Identify and explore new market opportunities (both domestic and international) for yarn sales.
∎ Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
∎ Set sales targets and ensure revenue growth by driving effective marketing campaigns.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including garment manufacturers, fabric mills, and trading houses.
∎ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
∎ Work closely with the production and R&D teams to ensure alignment between market demand and product offerings.
∎ Develop strategies for brand positioning and product differentiation in the market.
∎ Ensure product quality meets customer expectations and industry standards.
∎ Lead and manage the marketing & sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and training.
∎ Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports on sales performance, market trends, and business strategies to senior management.
∎ Monitor competitor activities and suggest innovative marketing approaches to stay ahead in the industry.
∎ Track and analyze KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
