∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the market share of GME Group’s ultrasound machines across Bangladesh.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
∎ Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, diagnostic centers, clinics, and government healthcare entities.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches and product positioning.
∎ Collaborate with marketing, technical support, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and after-sales service.
∎ Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics, reporting directly to senior management.
∎ Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards related to medical equipment sales.
∎ Represent GME Group at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote our ultrasound solutions.
