Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute the sales strategy for the vehicle tracking system division to meet or exceed sales targets.
∎ Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team success.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and market segments to expand the customer base.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing agencies / team to develop effective sales collateral, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and improvements.
∎ Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the executive team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in vehicle tracking systems to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
∎ Proven track record of successfully leading and managing sales teams, in the vehicle tracking system industry is a must.
∎ Extensive experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, business-to-consumer (B2C) sales & business-to-government (B2G), business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) with a strong focus on solution-selling and relationship management.
∎ In-depth knowledge of the vehicle tracking system market, including industry trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape.
∎ Professional capacity in developing strategic framework, tactical framework & performance is a must.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
∎ Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
∎ Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
∎ Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 60000 - 90000 (Monthly)
∎ Other facilities as per company policy
