Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning and organizing all Sample schedules.
∎ Establishing & maintaining operational guidelines, procedures & practices.
∎ Take necessary steps/initiative to achieve daily & monthly planning target.
∎ Supervising pattern correction.
∎ Supervising the work of junior staff & operators.
∎ Ensuring cost reduction by reducing all kinds of process loss & wastage like rejection.
∎ Sample reviewing with local BD buying office.
∎ Follow up on-time sample making.
∎ Determining quality control standards.
∎ Organizing relevant training sessions and ensuring required compliance issues inside the department.
∎ Responsible for Sample quality, construction & measurement.
∎ Ensure that samples are being made as per bulk feasibility.
∎ Ensure necessary guidelines for the production team.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Sample for the Sample & CAD Department in the Knit Garments Factory.
∎ Job location will be Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
