Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for overseeing the entire Safety and Security aspects of the Factory.
∎ Ensuring discipline, safety and Security of the employees working in the factory.
∎ To give innovative ideas to improve security system to maintain a safe work environment.
∎ Liaison with local law enforcing agencies.
∎ To give observation based on footage of CCTV (Surveillance System) in consideration of safety & security.
∎ Install Anti-Theft alarm, Archway Metal detector, Fire Equipment, Access Control devices.
∎ To attend to the important guests and ensure their protocol.
∎ To lead, appraise and train the security personnel and facilitating different safety training.
∎ Conduct Global Supply Chain Security Program (C-TPAT) audit of foreign Buyer.
∎ To maintain liaison with the different government agencies in respect of security & safety.
∎ To Look after the Security Management, Physical Security, Security Operations.
∎ To take part in Crisis Management and Close Protection to the VIPs.
∎ To provide early warning about any risk factors of the industries by using intelligence.
∎ Keep Management informed regarding the latest security related matters and advice as demand necessary.
∎ As a Head of Security for our garments factory, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the factory You will oversee all security operations, implement effective safety measures, and lead a team of security personnel to maintain a secure working environment. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance security protocols and manage crisis situations efficiently.
